Sales-bound duo Atomic Mass and Laurens Dream head to Newcastle on Wednesday for what may be their final races for the yard. The following day the pair will make the journey to Newmarket in preparation for the Tattersalls February Sale where they go through the ring on Friday.

Laurens Dream lines up for the first division of the Midnite A Next Generation Betting App Handicap at Gosforth Park, the scene of her two previous victories back in 2024. Teardrops looks the one to beat here, having won three of his last five, whilst East Tyrone has run well in his last three races and is reliable at this level.

Half an hour later the second division of the race sees Atomic Mass bid to double his career tally having scored at Wetherby last June. Spartan Fighter has reeled of a hat-trick already this year and looks the likely race favourite. The consistent Yorkshire Glory loves Newcastle and since mid October his course and distance form reads 32211341 and he's only two pounds higher than when winning here last month.

Yorkstone also makes the trip to Newcastle where he runs in the Always Gamble Responsibly At BetMGM Classified Stakes. Having his third outing in 0-50 company he hasn't sparkled on his previous two runs and will be aiming to refind the form that saw him rack up victories at Doncaster, Ayr and Southwell back in 2023.
