Middleham Park Racing's new Earthlight colt is now called 'Keats House'. Purchased as Lot 168 from Tattersalls Breeze Up Sales in Ireland the colt is out of winning Kodiac mare Maria Christina. Owners Middleham Park Racing have previously sent us train former breezers Doctor Vuby, Roll It In Glitter and Glorious Kitty and we very much like the new recruit. Keats House's sire Earthlight was Champion two-year-old old colt in France and the joint second top rated juvenile colt in Europe in 2019. He won seven times including the Group 1 Middle Park Stakes, and the Prix Morny at Deauville. Regarding the name, Keats House is in Hampstead, London, and was the home of poet John Keats from December 1818 until he left for Rome in August 1820. Built circa 1815 the house was originally named Wentworth. |

Keats House arrived from the sales with a filly by Aclaim. She has also been named 'Harvesting' by her owners. Bought as Lot 133 for 15,000 euros, Harvesting is a half-sister to winners Mohareb (5 wins and Listed placed), Misty Spirit, Dashing Panther and Whiteandgold. |
