Yard favourite Where's Jeff reached the landmark of £100,000 prizemoney today at Beverley. His victory in the 'Rapid Lad Handicap' at Beverley's first meeting of 2024 was sufficient to pass the target for owner Andrew Pollock. Where's Jeff was ridden by Shane Gray and came home half a length ahead of Burglar's Dream with Loddon back in third.

Where's Jeff has recorded ten wins and sixteen places to date with four of his victories coming at his favourite track at Hamilton Park and three wins at Beverley.

The homebred son of Haafhd made his debut at York way back in 2017 and he's now won £104,042 in 56 starts which is an average earning of £1,858 per race.

Where's Jeff is named after our late friend Jeff Atkinson, who died in a road accident in 2021. Jeff did all of the drainage work on the farms and when there was a problem the first thing said was "Where's Jeff?"

Jeff is very much missed in these parts and was a wonderful gentleman who was held in high esteem by the staff here at New House Farm.
