Beauty Choice won for the third time this season when scoring under the floodlights at Chelmsford this evening for jockey Billy Garritty. Hitting the front in the final furlong the seven-year-old took 'Sky Bet Build A Bet Handicap' beating Lord Rapscallion by a head.

Having won in January at Wolverhampton and then at Catterick in April the son of Bated Breath was recording his seventh career success.

"He can perform on any surface," said Billy Garritty after the race. "However, his best form is on the all weather. He needs a strong gallop and the surface doesn't really matter, as long as they go quick early on."

"I was three wide and I'd have preferred to be two, but in the end it worked out well as I could make a forward move around the bend. I got a flier off the bend and the horse was rolling and that's what won me the race."

"He's a horse who only does enough but I felt he'd hold off the grey horse and have enough to get to the line."

Beauty Choice was returned at rewarding odds of 16/1.
