Sheriff's Call has arrived at his new home in Bedfordshire where he'll spend his retirement with Vicki. The son of Soldier's Call will join another former Mick and David inmate, an unraced two-year-old gelding known as 'Rory'.

Foaled in Ireland, Sheriff was purchased from Tattersalls December Foal Sale in 2021. A nice foal by Soldier's Call, he raced four times on the flat but sadly didn't have the pace to be a winner.

Sheriff's Call was rehomed out of racing in December 2024 and has settled in very quickly.

"He arrived yesterday morning and tucked straight into his food", said Vicki. "This morning he walked out his box and to the field to new friends like he had always known them."

We look forward to following 'The Sheriff' as he enjoys a new life now his racing career is over.
