Ursa Major Racing Club offers affordable shares in a range of horses, giving racing enthusiasts the opportunity to experience ownership without the high costs often associated with the sport. Members enjoy owners' badges when available, regular updates and videos, stable visits, and the chance to follow their horses both on and off the racecourse.
With shares typically starting from 2.5%, Ursa Major combines accessible ownership with a personal, hands-on approach. Every horse has its own dedicated WhatsApp group, keeping owners involved in their progress, while regular stable visits and social events help bring members together as part of one big racing family.
The club has grown since its formation in 2018 and we now have several horses in training with Mick and David Easterby at Sheriff Hutton, and we had our first winner with the yard when Carolus Magnus won at Musselburgh in 2025.
