Hoof It was a yard legend. He was one of the fastest horses we ever trained. He won four times as a three-year-old at Beverley, Haydock, York and Doncaster.

Hoof It grew into his huge frame after his three-year-old season and in 2011 won two valuable handicaps at York before his biggest win to date at Glorious Goodwood when he won the Steward's Cup.

After a time away from the glory he was a winner at Doncaster's St Leger meeting in 2015 which was his ninth win. In July 2016 at Haydock Park he made it a career tenth win when he came home in front for Nathan Evans. Later in July he headed to Goodwood where he won the Qatar Stewards' Sprint Handicap for Nathan Evans, to make it a fabulous 19th birthday for the jockey.

Hoof It retired from racing in 2019 after finishing down the field at Pontefract.

Head:	Median forelock whorl. Median upper eye level whorl with central star conjoined to stripe to include right nostril and medial left nostril, ending in fleshmark to right and central upper lip with pigmented spot right central.

Left front:	White mid pastern to lower fetlock posterior.

Right front:	White from lower fetlock to upper fetlock posterior.

Left hind:	White from lower third cannon. Whorl posterior upper third cannon.

Right hind:	Whorl posterior upper third cannon.

Body/Neck:	Left and right stifle fold whorls.

Body/Neck:	Left crest whorl at poll. Right crest whorl mid neck feathered to poll. Median lower third tracheal whorl feathered below. Left and right axillary whorls.
