Lida's Delight made his debut at Thirsk in 1992. He won the 'Quest For Knowledge Sprint Handicap' at Beverley in 1993 ridden by Terry Lucas. He also ran over hurdles but failed to complete. In late 1994 he was sold to go Point-to-Pointing with MG Chatterton.
