Lewis Chalkley will ride Miss Brazen at Nottingham on Thursday as we attempt to replicate the conditions that prevailed for her first time out win this season.

The course and distance and rider are all the same as we head to Colwick Park with the six-year-old mare for the five furlong Events At Nottingham Racecourse Training Series Apprentice Handicap. The most experienced rider in the race with 228 previous rides, Chalkley cannot claim as allowances are restricted to riders who have won ten or less races. Only seven horses have been declared for the race in which Winchurch carries top weight.

Miss Brazen will be making her first appearance in the colours of Mark Hickling, who saw his green and blue silks carried to victory by Shimmering Sands at Pontefract on Monday.
