The gallop has been too hard for the juveniles over the past week due to the freeze, but we've harrowed this morning and it's much better. So today the two-year-olds are having their first canter of 2026 on the gallops.
The older horses have been training on the hill as usual but the youngsters shouldn't canter on hard ground as they are still developing.
