Keep Warm, a three time winner, left the yard for the last time this morning.
The son of Lightning Spear joined us as a yearling in 2022 and has since raced 24 times, recording three wins at Pontefract as well as six places and £27,229 prizemoney.
Keep Warm's latest win came in September where he was awarded the race in the stewards' room having suffered interference when close to home.
A staff favourite, Keep Warm was known as 'Buggerlugs' on account of his very big ears.
We all wish him well as he heads for sunnier climes.
