Skye Dreaming is a gelding by Dabirsim and was a yard favourite due to his lovely calm and gentle nature. He was a horse eager to please but it would turn out that he just didn't have the staying power to win over hurdles as was the intention.

It was always going to be a different matter when he retired from racing to pursue a new career.

Skye Dreaming was rehomed by Eve Redfern and within a few months was competing in Retraining of Racehorses classes. It came as no surprise to us that Skye would be a natural and as Eve says he 'smashed' his first show and won.

Eve keeps us updated with Skye's progress and has forged a strong bond with this loveable chap who is thoroughly enjoying his new life out of racing.

Eve says "He's a true gent, we can really tell he's had the correct start in life his manners are impeccable. He's a favourite on the yard as he loves lots of kisses and cuddles he's a real people person. His attitude to his new career has been fantastic so far and he's so calm. We are really looking forward to see what we can get upto in the future especially with him only being 4 years old you would think he is way beyond his years."
